What is the cancellation policy for visits related to the Alhambra?

The cancellation of a reservation, already confirmed, will cost € 20 per person for management costs and the cost of tickets, which, being nominative, do not allow reimbursement by the monument.
No amount will be refunded if the cancellation occurs less than 72 hours before the date of the visit.

Cancellations and modifications of reservations must be requested in writing from your client area.

As established in article 44 of Law 7/1996, of January 15, on Retail Trade Management, we inform you that our products, given their special nature, are not subject to the Right of withdrawal.
By enrolling in our visits, you fully accept the General Conditions and the content of what is published on this website, which are your commitment to us and ours to you.

What is the cancellation policy for the rest of the visits?

You can request the cancellation of your reservation as long as it is done 3 days before the start date of the activity. Once this period has elapsed, it will not be possible to request cancellation.

To request cancellation / return:
You must send a request by email to indicating in the subject the reason Cancellation / Change of date along with your name and the number of your reservation. Example: [subject: Cancellation / Name Surname / Reservation: 1121].

Once the application is accepted, the refund period is 24/48 hours.

How can I contact with Customer Support if I have any problem with the reservation?

At the time of booking confirmation, you will receive an emergency phone number for incidents on the voucher.

Do I have to make a previous reservation or can I go directly to the meeting point?

All our reservations have a limited capacity, so you cannot make the reservation at the meeting point. We recommend that you make your reservation using the web form or by calling our contact telephone number.

Can I make a reservation at any time of the day?

You can make your reservation on our website you can do it at any time of the day, any day of the year, including holidays.
For reservations by telephone service the schedules are:
Monday to Friday from 09:30 a.m. to 14:00 p.m. and from 16:00 p.m. to 18:00 p.m.

I need to resolve a question, can I call by phone at any time of the day?

The telephone service hours are:
Monday to Friday from 09:30 a.m. to 14:00 p.m. and from 16:00 p.m. to 18:00 p.m.

On public holidays there is no telephone service, but you can contact us using the contact form on our website.

Are there any extra charges once the online payment is made?
There are no extra charges once the payment of your reservation has been made. You will be able to see the final payment before making the reservation payment.

How much does a private tour cost?
For a private tour, we recommend sending an email to so that a quote can be sent depending on the activity you want to do.

Is it necessary to print the voucher to show it to the guide?
We understand that you may not have a printer on hand when traveling, so you do not need to have a printed copy. You can show your reservation with any mobile device, so we also help the environment.

What should I bring for the routes?
For our routes we recommend comfortable shoes, and in the hot months, a bottle of water and a cap.

For routes with pets, they must carry water and plastic bags for them.

Are there accessibility problems on the routes?
In all our routes there is an accessibility section where the level of difficulty of access is indicated, since some of them do have any problem of movement through the urban structure of roads and streets of the route.
